Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery across Melbourne, New South Wales, Western Australia and Queensland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Local Pickup

Pickup is available during our opening hours. Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before visiting.

Order Processing

Orders are usually prepared within 1-3 business days after payment is received. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.

Bulky Furniture Delivery

Many of our items are large or heavy nursery furniture pieces. Please ensure your delivery address is accessible for bulky item delivery. If your property has stairs, lifts, narrow access, gates, or delivery restrictions, please contact us before placing your order.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery does not include assembly, installation, or removal of packaging.

Where tracking is available, details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and the size of your order.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order. Little Haven is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Damaged Or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
